”The location was perfect for our visit and the house is beautiful with a great view of the marsh. We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area. It’s conveniently located between historic Charleston and Folly Beach.”

”The carousel parking worked out okay, but it is a little bit of a challenge to enter. The unit is small but super clean and a more than adequate kitchen. We could hear the shower running in the unit above us, which was only an issue in the middle of the night. Overall, very satisfied.”

”The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. ”This VRBO is in the heart of King Street with easy access to everything. There are full size appliances in the kitchen and everything you need to eat a full meal there. The rooms were extremely nice and it was great not having to share a bathroom. Highly recommended!”

The listing is extremely false. This is NOT a 1 bedroom condo. Its a 1 room condo. Its whats considered to be an efficiency. There is only a half wall between living room and bedroom. So, when your traveling with family or a friend you only have the bathroom to change in or you can squeeze in the laundry...
