”I didn't realize before the visit that the hotel is actually accompanied by a large casino, which brings a lot of traffic and activity to the area every evening. Finding a parking place could get a little tricky, but otherwise it didn't bother us in any way. Breakfast was excellent, but the supper not quite that superb. Service could have been more responsive. Nothing to complain about really though. Only downer is that the breakfast only started at 7am, which was a little late for me....

”The staff were incredibly nice and helpful - it's lovely having a person on-site that is knowledgeable and able to book all regional tours on your behalf - the property and rooms have stunning views (and are evidently pretty new) and the hot tubs are a definite bonus. The menu changes every day, all delicious. We stayed 3 nights, we wish we could have stayed at least a week! Ps. The Termas del Sol nearby are well worth a visit! ”

”The doors were closed when we arrived and there was no signs or anything that you had to go around (they don't think?). Lucky the bar in the same building guided me to the other entrance. Same thing regarding elevators to rooms and elevators to parking, NO SIGNS. The worst is the parking garage, dark, no SIGNs at all. You see "Salida" but not arrow on what direction. We almost crash head on with another car that was going down the ramp when we were going up the ramp. We waste so much time trying...
