During the winter, they don’t plow or clear sidewalks in this neighborhood. After any significant snow event, the parking lot is patched with chunks of ice and the sidewalk to the unit is hard to walk down, much less carry luggage down. Actually kind of hazardous. It’s probably just hard to get people in the neighborhood to agree on paying for snow clearing. It...
