”My sister and I shared the apartment for a short stay. The rooms were so cute and clean. The bathroom was adorable. As soon as we exited our room, a view of the outside garden area was availe with easy access to relax and sip on a glass of wine. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. We would love more information on the history. We remember dining there years ago. A bar and dance lounge was added at some point. We peaked in the windows. It would be great to have something...

”Place was as described,very well done…you can feel the history with the brick walls and high ceiling… lots of places walking distance to explore… Parking was crowded,but I attribute that to it being prom night and Kentucky Derby day… a great time”

”The room was clean, quiet and fully stocked. Future tenants need to be prepared to go up 2 flights of stairs and the toilet is child height. The bed could be larger and more comfortable. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.”

”Honestly, we will absolutely be staying here again. The host was honest about the property listing. You are close to train tracks, like extremely close. However, we expected disruptions due to the listing so that wasn't a problem. The portable AC in the living room was really loud, so we had to turn the volume up loud on the TV and felt like we were being rude to our neighbor, but we couldn't hear the TV otherwise. Great stay/location at a great price. Water pressure in the shower was...

”This is NOT a 3 bedroom, it is a 2 bedroom with a small futon in the living room. Access is by outside stairs that are grate-style. Apartment was clean except for floors and under the beds. Kitchen was great (stovetop bulb is not operational), plenty of cookware and kitchenware. Internet was not working. Close to downtown area, plenty of parking, walking distance to local shops, quiet area.”
