”The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.”

”Upon arrival, we observed several cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room. The couch had visible spots and hair on it. There appeared to be red stains or residue on the curtains. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly. These conditions did not meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort and negatively impacted our stay.”

”PROS: quiet neighborhood, extremely comfortable bed...can't stress that enough. Good location off the riverfront but five minutes from everything.
CONS: the separate shower was not usable. It had a handheld part that pointed straight out into the room, and the stationary head was completely missing/broken off. The shower in with the jet tub is not able to be moved, and there is no shower curtain.”
