”The room was absolutely filthy and smelled of mold. You could clearly see black mold on the walls and the floor was sticky to walk on like it had not been cleaned. The linens had stains on them and appeared dirty. The view was booked as a lake view and I ended up with a view of the parking lot of cars. Horrible stay!”

”The AC was like sleeping with a jet engine. The body wash was empty.
I was accosted by one of the neighboring guests because I stuck my head out the door to check the weather and made her German Shepard bark. She then continued to attack me calling me creepy and calling her boyfriend outside to take care of me. At one point threatening to let her dog off the leash.”

”This is my second time staying at this beautiful property. I love the Tranquility room, it is spacious, comfortable and on the first level, with direct access to the great deck overlooking their great views. We love that is pet friendly, their kitchen is very well stocked with them providing coffee, creamer, eggs and toast (for you to make, there is no staff at property) for guest use. My biggest and only complaint is the a/c unit, they have an old school window unit and sure wish they would...
