”Had some issues upon arrival. We had a reservation for a triple room, but they weren't willing to have us stay in such a room(even if they have the room type, and I had reserved it) . We ended up in a standard twin with additional bed. To hotel is ok. Breakfast quite good. Location a bit off, there wasn't much sights closeby, and the area was quite boring at night. ”Excellent hosts. Rooms very clean and well maintained. You need to be comfortable sleeping on tatami mat floor on a futon but it was part of the experience in visiting Japan for us. ”運良く、誕生日にコーナーダブルが予約できましたので、自身へのプレゼントとして宿泊させていただきました。 お部屋は広く、清掃が行き届いていましたし、バルコニーから見える大文字も京都気分を高めてくれました。 お風呂も大きくて、ゆったり入ることができました。お部屋に備えてあるお茶やコーヒー、茶器、アメニティいずれも種類が豊富で素晴らしかったです。 ロビーの吹き抜けの雰囲気も朝ごはんも大満足で、良い思い出となりました。 インバウンドで宿泊費が高騰しており、立地が良いビジネスホテルだと、ブライトンホテルさん同等か以上の料金設定のところもあります。しかしながら、比べ物にならない接客の質を感じました(そもそも比べること自体が失礼なのでしょうが)。皆さん、とてもよく目配りされていました。 一つ欲を言えば、チェックイン、アウトとも必要最小限の事務的な会話しかなく、ビジネスライクな印象を受けました。もう少しフレンドリーな対応ですと、私の中ではパーフェクトでした。 でも、大変素晴らしいホテルだと思います。京都には年に何回か行きますので、是非また利用させていただきます。”
