”The hotel was very helpful in assisting us receiving our suitcases through Airporter service. Furthermore, they assisted us in paying cash for a parcel delivery that we organised from Tokyo. We booked two three night bookings separately and they made it very easy to link the two bookings so we did not need to change rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there for 6 nights. The smart TV allowed us to easily stream YouTube on TV. The only thing that I wish they did...

”We had an excellent stay at Premium Apart MONday KYOTO GOJO. The room was spacious and clean and had an awesome shower (I looked forward to this after long days of sightseeing!). The fact that we had a washer/dryer in our room was a huge blessing. In the future, we will always try to find an apart hotel that has this convenience as it allows you to do a load of laundry every evening and therefore pack way less clothes!
