”The room is even better in person. Really big, you can tell that everything is new. The hotel provided more than I was expecting. Location is great, near to bus stops and train station, supermarkets and restaurants. If I ever go back to Kyoto, I'd definitely gonna go back to the same place. ”

Parfaite gestion des réceptions et envois de bagages par Ta-Q-Bin. Pour l'envoi vers notre destination suivante, ils ont appelé l’hôtel pour confirmer et préparé les étiquettes à l'avance pour que nous ne perdions pas de temps le jour du départ.”

”Everything was very smooth! A bit small but we didn’t mind. It had all the essentials as well as a washing machine (the drying process was a bit traditional but again we didn’t mind) and the receptionists (especially Hiro) were very accommodating and amazing! We would absolutely stay here again in the future as it is in a very convenient location”

We arrived half an hour before check-in time and there no staff at the reseption, just a board with a instructions how to check in and with a mention that we should have receaved a passcode for our key, we did not have reveaved any email from this place prior the check-in day.
