”Stayed for one night here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had good amenities. The onsen (bath) at the 6th floor was very nice and had good water temperature, not too hot but pleasantly warm. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast chef was super friendly and spoke good English too - he explained what each dish was clearly. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Kyoto.”

”Amazing get-away from Kyoto's city center. Public bath (onsen like facilities) were great. Our room was spacious and futons were comfy. Location was in the middle of residential area and the nearest train station was some 900 meters away. We ended up walking to Kyoto train station which was less than 2,5km. Great experience!”

”It was so nice to only have to walk across the street from Kyoto Station to get to the ryokan hotel. Enjoyed the traditional hot springs baths and the free hot drinks vending machine in the lobby.
