âNew and clean hotel with a great view of the Sapanca lake. Breakfast was sufficient but not like advertised in the pictures. Tea was not drinkable unfortunately, I hope they change this. Jaccuzi available in every room like shown, and you really get what you paid for. During snowly days the roads are very dangerous. You should to take go to the end of the street to take the least steepest road otherwise the car won't go. Highlight were the staff who are always available to help and super kind...

âWe had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty.
From pool, sauna, massage all 5*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again.
The only downside is that there isnât much around. But that isnât a problem if youâre driving. We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional...

âWe enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were superb but the thermal pool and the hamam were splendid extras. There is a huge shopping mall nearby with a food-court. The hotel offers great food too. If you like public transportation instead of depending on taxis the hotel is in between three stations of the Bursarail - which means about a ten minutes walk. The busstop is a little closer but the complicated numbering of the Bursa bus system...
