”This property is right in the Main Street running through Chesapeake Beach and North Beach. It's close to the beaches, restaurants, and close to all of the local attractions. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable, and the building was both quiet, secure, and well kept. We'll definitely be back!”

”I came to North Beach for a friend’s wedding near by. The Guest Quarters was a cute place and very welcoming. The instructions provided were clear and easy to enter into the building and room. The location is in a great spot - easy walk to the cute shops and to the beach. I would stay there again! ”

”Everything was fantastic! Clean, well stocked with essentials, and close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and only 15-20 minutes from many state parks. Great communication from the host throughout our stay. We will be visiting again!”

”Our stay in Ft. Washington was excellent. We flew in from New Mexico for a graduation. We were a family of 8. The house was easy to find. The house was clean. It had a modern decorum The neighborhood grocery store was less than 5 minutes away. ”

”My lady loved it. Would be a 10 out of 10 but the deck was not clean and ice bucket was dirty. ”

”The rental was near our relatives in a quiet community. Neighbors were friendly. The size was perfect for me and my brother while we were in for a funeral (Arlington National). All the comforts of home! I'll definitely look to stay here again.”

”Was never able to actually stay here because the owner never provided check-in info. They didn't respond to messages on the app or calling their personal number directly, didn’t respond to Vrbo employees either when they tried to contact the owner. Had to get a hotel last-minute after giving them three hours past the scheduled check-in time to respond. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient as I was looking for somewhere to stay with my infant daughter after our house was packed up as we're...

”Though the journey to national harbor was cold, Parhat made me feel welcomed and warm all weekend! Cute bedroom with all the amenities you could find in a hotel! If you love a firm bed, this definitely has one. Only downside is during the winter the water takes longer to get warm. But Parhat was wonderful in letting me know and explained everything thoroughly and wonderful! ”
