”The quanlity of the service was overall excellent. My constructive feedback is towards the concierge department. They mentioned they connected with another TAJ hotel restaurant on my request to make dinner reservations. This restaurant did not accept reservations but i was told they registered my name so the restaurant was aware i was to arrive with my guests. However, the restaurant did not register my name and the manager there confirmed thisby showing me the guest list. I sought clarification...

”Staff were so helpful and friendly and added to the overall quality of the stay. A highlight was the breakfast each morning with the quality of food and attention to detail of the staff. Location of the hotel is very good, close to the main attractions and we loved the pool. We couldn't fault our stay and would gladly return to the Oberoi.”
