”Nice restored old farmhouse. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.”

”I don’t want to give it a good review because I don’t want people to know about it, but it was just amazing. Great location (walking distance from downtown Portsmouth) in a historic district. Only drawback was that it was a little too warm at night (80 degree day in May) and the thermostat couldn’t go below 67. The room was divided into two separate areas and the cool couldn’t really make it to the bedroom portion. Nevertheless, amazing place and were definitely coming back. ”

”Great stay for our 2 night visit to the area. We had a car so it was easy to see the sights in and around Portsmouth. It was a bit rainy so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful backyard, fire pit and pretty garden area. The place was immaculate and tastefully decorated. A fun time was had. A microwave might have been nice to have for left overs.”

”Very clean and easy to “self check in”. It is a nice setting too. We felt safe. The bed, for me was very hard and the pillows were more like morning pancakes. The pillows really need to be replaced. I did not sleep well. Over all a nice place. ”

”Very convenient to stay close to family. The beds were comfortable. The AC kept turning off and was glitchy. We reached out to the property manager and let her know we got it figured out, however we never heard from her.”

”The place was nice and clean. It is far from places to eat. B&B’s just aren’t what they use to be. No breakfast’s served and no personal contact.”

”You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. ”
