”When we got here, the room was freezing. But their staff at the front desk remedied the issue immediately making our stay a much warmer and better one. ”We were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade that included a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views, tasty reasonably priced snacks and drinks and excellent service. Comfortable beds, big TV, fast self-checkout and reliable Wi-Fi were also positives.
However, the room had several issues: the AC dripped water inside, was noisy and so was the small fridge. The room, though upgraded, on the 7th floor, was dark and offered a...
