”Upon arrival, the manager that checked us in forgot to charge me for incidentals and had to have me come back to the desk to pay for them. I didn’t think anything of it at first, people make mistakes. The room hadn’t been dusted in quite awhile, unfortunate for me I’m highly Allergic to dust.. I spent the entire weekend sneezing and wheezing. When I asked to change rooms I was offered one room on the floor with the boys hockey team and was told I would not be given any additional opportunities...

”no hot water in bathroom faucet, water pressure is low for shower. carpets on the floor smells weird. Compared to pickering casino hotel, this is bad.”

”We had a lovely stay. Amenities were good, kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, however I do feel other hotels have more verity of options. I would definite book this hotel again. ”

There’s next to no water pressure in the shower, if you need someone you gotta call a number so nobody’s really available at the front desk, banging on my door early in the morning, and the rooms need some major upgrades. I should’ve just stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street”
