”Just what a B&B should be, clean, comfortable, friendly, good breakfast.”

”Great location and easy access to the Elora trail. Breakfast was great!”

”It’s good, only if we are able to stay longer but everything is awesome”

”This was an excellent place to stay in the fall for a romantic couple. We went for our anniversary and the food was great and staff friendly and helpful.”

I sat down and waited to see how long it would be till some one showed up… after 20mins I tried to call the front desk, just put you on hold. Terrible security policy for housekeeping to practice. Tried to bring it up but more avoidance. Still waiting to hear from Manager. I would never recommend this place.”

”The room was clean with comfortable beds, Very friendly staff! great breakfast. 24hr coffee and tea station in the lobby. We loved our stay!”

”We loved our stay in the charming cheltenham suites! The bed was super comfortable, room was very clean , comfortable, cozy , well decorated and spacious. Plenty of space to park across from property.”

”Hotel was very clean and service was excellent. Breakfast was also good.”

”Lovely, cozy, high quality and very clean place!!”

”I really loved the look of the hotel! The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were very welcoming. However, I do feel the hotel needs a little more time to develop and refine the overall guest experience before charging such upscale prices. It definitely has a lot of potential, and I’d love to come back in the next few months to see what improvements have been made”

”The hotel was great, clean rooms and quiet during my stay. The breakfast was expensive for what would typically be continental at most other restaurants.”
