âI have stayed at the J Resort multiple times since 2021. They contine to evolve and renovate areas. The fitness area was great, beautiful view of the mountains! My only complaint was the fish smell on my floor, 8th. It smell the entire weekend, not very pleasant.â

âWe had a great time for a much needed getaway. However they no longer offer valet parking which was disappointing only because when you are older, the little things matter more than we realize. Staff was Amazing, our Bellhop was also very helpful. â

âAbsolutely disgusting hotel, sink and shower wouldnât drain, carpet was filthy, tv didnât work, bed was terrible, staff was rude, I called twice to the front desk and no answer either time!! I canât believe we stayed but it was late and we were tired, but never again!!â

âThe hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?â
