”Over all experience was terrible, from the moment I walked in. The guy at the front desk directed me to a kiosk to check in virtually… so I wondered why he was even there.. at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to...

”My vehicle was backed into right in front of the building. I requested footage of the parking lot and never heard from any employee. I am super frustrated with this situation and can’t believe a Marriott doesn’t have parking lot cameras.”

”Great location, near the airport and a nice mall. The hotel itself is spotless and modern. We had a three year-old with us so we booked a separate bedroom suite. Both the bedroom and living/kitchen area were spacious and the layout was perfect for her early bedtime. I'd definitely stay there again.”

”There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!”
