”The breakfast was great. There was some confusion regarding the room deposit and with parking. We were double charged for parking which had to be corrected. The room deposit was deducted 3 different times from our credit card which is suppose to be refunded next week.”

”Room was very clean. Staff was beyond helpful. Did not eat breakfast. Air conditioning was a bit noisy but it worked great. ”

”Hotel took my payment and then advised me that they were overbooked. With no empathy advised that it was my problem to deal with Expedia. The Expedia staff was put on hold by clerk while the clerk checked in other guests and answered other phone calls (@ 11pm with my family with no other lodging options). It took me 2 days to get my money back for a room that they didn't give me. Did I mention numerous other guests checked in after I was told they had no rooms? I am assuming bc I booked...

”The room was good except for the carpet needs to be shampooed. The breakfast was great everyday. Most of the staff don't speak English so asking for things was hard. My wife got hurt and the staff and manager didn't care if she was ok and did want to file an accident report. The staff just lets none staying guest into the pool area to swim in there street clothes and disrupt the paying guests. This is supposed to be a secured area for the paying guests of the hotel.”

”When you first walk in the pictures are nothing like they are online staff is unfriendly and judgmental after we finally checked in we went to our room walked into the room. It smelt of cigarettes. There were stains on the walls on the blankets. There is a cigarette burn on the comforter, you turn the air on and the cigarette smell gets 10 times worse and I am not a person that complains. I’ll sleep on the side of the road in my car and use the bathroom in nature if I have to, but that was...

”Ran out of toilet paper and non spare rolls around. Just enough to barely finish our business”

”The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

”We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
