”Poolside seating was amazing and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect.”

”Decent breakfast. Great interior. I would recommend my friend to stay here and would be glad to revisit. One minor thing to improve is the sound insulation. The room next door kept opening and closing the door at midnight, and the motorcycle roaring at night, we all heard clearly and hard to sleep.”

”It’s nicely renovated but we did not like that the shower was see thru from the bedroom. Also there were 3-4 small moth type things flying around that we had to kill with a towel.”

”The hotel receptionist at the time he wanted to do this was a gentleman who was incredibly kind and hospitable, and all the shortcomings of this hotel could have been exchanged for the goodness of this person.”

”Great location. The Shore restaurant was fantastic. Amazing espresso martini, good food and loved the view sitting outside on the terrace overlooking the river. I also had a Riverview room which was nice. The bartenders at Bundox Boccee were not friendly to me at all. They acted like I was bothering them by needing to make me a drink. The pool is a bit lackluster for a large hotel. I think an upgrade of the pool would make a huge difference. When I checked out, I got a coffee from coffee and...

”The Bistro sucked....after the buildup, it was like 7/11 warmed up food.... We checked in on Wed nite and had to request new towels on Fri nite and the again on Sun nite. The bathroom sucked. Who wants to slide in next to the toilet to use the grab bar to get into the tub? The rings on the curtain were intertwined so that the curtain bunched in the middle. The grab bar kept the curtain from being completely closed next to the shower controls. The grab bar should have been at the other...

”Rooms were Ok, A/C didn’t work and they would not change me rooms, TV was broken and had a big scratch on the screen, ants in the bathroom, homeless people walking all over the property at all hours.”

”The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

”We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
