”I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy.
I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable.
A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone.
The elevator was very loud from my room also. I...

”We got an upgrade upon check in, and the room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but lacked diversity. The location is central to everything you want to do in Manchester. Overall, a good stay.”

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”
