”There was no toilet paper in the room. The breaker went off during breakfast due to Keurig and toaster plugged into the same outlet. The receptionist seemed at wits end and wanted to shut down breakfast.”
”Expedia website stated all taxes and fees were included but I had to pay $40, ($10 parking and $30 resort fee) for 2 nights. We were only using the resort to sleep at so I would have chose somewhere else had I known about the additional fees when I booked it. They stated some booking sites include the fees and some don't and Expedia was one that doesn't even though the stated all taxes and fees were included. Also, could not get the room to cool down at night. Was mildly uncomfortable...
”Our requested room that was done at time of online reservation was changed due to room needing maintenance we were told. The room we were sent to was needing some attention. Shattered pain glass on interior window and wallpaper peeling down on bathroom wall and ceiling paint coming down on bathroom. AC worked intermittently during the 4 night stay during the hot weather week in Manchester. Front office people excellent and cleaning staff very helpful. We hope all the overall badly needed repairs...
”Property is very run down. Our room was filthy. Bedding stained, toilet seat stained and floor was extremely dirty. My kids were very much looking forward to the fishing pond advertised as an amenity. Unfortunately the dock was sinking, a rowboat was full of water and beer cans, and the pond was covered entirely in weeds. We didn’t even stay the night.”
”The room which we stayed at the motel had a strong oder possibly the smell of "skunk." We checked the pool area and it was completely empty and the hot tub was green. I understand that the motel is under new management and I hope they are able to fix the place up.”
