”The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. ”

”Breakfast was excellent! Lots to choose from . Staff were really helpful & friendly. Just what we were looking for at Elm Grove lovely & relaxing place to stay ☺️ lots of advice on places to see like caldey island which was amazing. ”

”Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for.
Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned.
Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented.
Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”
