”No elevator with a room on the second floor. We could not stay as we would not be able to get our suitcases up the stairs. They did refund our prepayment without issue.”

”We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower.
We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk.
The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down.”

”We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile.
Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

”When we booked it we were told there was a smoking room and when we went to check in they told us they don't have smoking on the property so we didn't even stay there. We went back home. It ruined my birthday”

”Als Reisekrankenschwester übernachte ich oft in Langzeithotels, die Haustiere erlauben – und dieses hier ist keine Ausnahme! Big T ist ein großartiger Manager, der uns immer sehr freundlich behandelt und stets hilfsbereit ist, egal worum es geht! Brandon und Casey geben sich große Mühe, damit sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!”

”Der dunkelhäutige Herr am Empfang war hervorragend. Ich habe für Anfang des Jahres gebucht und fühle mich hier schon jetzt sehr wohl. Ihre Mitarbeiter sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, insbesondere das neurologische Team. Der Herr am Empfang hat sich sogar Zeit genommen, mir ein Zimmer zu zeigen, damit ich mich gleich wohler fühle. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem in meiner Familie und darüber hinaus empfehlen.”
