If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay in Wichita you have found it. The apartment is part of a duplex with our home on the other side. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath and laundry facilities in the apartment all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking on the gravel driveway to the right of the home. The entry to the apartment is there. Easy access to all the major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis.
Other things to note
Please park in the gravel driveway to the right of the house. Entry to the apartment is there.

We were very pleased with the owners, especially since we arrived during a storm with tornado warning sirens blasting. They made sure we were safe and if there were any issues with the weather, they would let us know where we needed to seek shelter. The storm never hit, so we took their advice and explored Wichita, especially the Keeper of the Plains. We had an enjoyable experience in town and a great stay that night. Everything was just as described. If we return to Wichita, we will definitely stay there again.

Cute appartment. Clean. Safe area. It had everything we needed and then some. 10 min drive from Wesley medical center. 5 minutes to a Walmart. Our 2 year olds schedule was very wacky from spending his days in an icu waiting room for over 2 weeks. I am sorry about that. It was good for him to have a homey apartment to come back too though.

The apartment was exquisite in decor. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was very nice furnished with plenty of appliances for a longer stay. Parking right beside the entrance and the beds (queen & twins) were very comfortable. We’d like to coma again and stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the apartment and the quiet neighborhood. It was in the perfect location for everything we needed to get to. All the amenities for the perfect weekend stay along with a much needed snack when we arrived. Hosts were very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

The house is quaint. Easy to get to and right next to a highway so easy to get around. They don’t have a full kitchen which didn’t bother us. The bed is a little used as in dips in the middle and its really soft. We prefer a firm bed but this did not take away from the experience for us either just adding the info for others. Very sweet couple. We would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend!

This is a very well thought out little apartment, lots of details that show the owners‘ thoughtfulness. In particular, the tiny little kitchen has a lot more helpful items than I would’ve ever suspected. We were able to cook there very easily.

My brother and I were visiting Wichita again after many years away. This place was very quiet and restful (except for the thunderstorm one night!)It was close to the freeways for our trips into town. The only thing I would add would be coffee creamers and sugars. The hosts provided cold water bottles and snacks upon our arrival which was very nice!The furniture is definitely older, but so are we! It was a comfortable place to land for a couple of days.

Quiet spot

It was a quiet neighborhood and nice location to where we were training. Was not a fan of all the dog hair and dust accumulated on the fans and floors in some spots. Wish I would have know it was a pet friendly place I would not have booked. I’m allergic to dogs so my allergies were in full swing. Overall a nice place.
