”A truly unique place to stay. A bit of a time capsule from another era, in a great way. We arrived later in the evening, so we checked in with the barkeep downstairs. Received free drink tickets and free breakfast vouchers for the Come Back In next door. Being just a couple blocks from the Capitol, a lake view from our room, makes this a prime location for a visit to Madison. Way better than a generic cookie cutter room at the corporate options.”

Minutes away from downtown Lake Geneva, so many restaurants so many shops, so much to do! The cottage is spotless, it has everything you need, it is absolutely beautiful and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend! ”

”The. Floors. Are amazing!! Our entire stay was amazing, to be sure. The property is very well kept, but the hardwood parquet floors were the first thing to catch our eye. They are in excellent condition. Each room on the first floor has its own pattern. This beautiful house has so much character. Mary is a gracious host. She welcomed us and our toddler warmly, and we left feeling like family. ”
