”Such a fantastic hotel, parking on site but small, there is a paid carpark right near by that is not expensive. The room has everything and more, beautiful furnishings. Lovely walk along the promenade. ”

Bed was comfortable and warm. Property right across from the beach and close to center of the town. We had a great visit!!”

”We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. ”

”So, first of all the English breakfast. Have to pay extra for mushrooms (how rude and hence only 4 stars for it) but a good choice of continental food, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, jams. The room (I stayed in the lodge) very clean and spacious room however the radiator didn't seem to be working although towel rail in bathroom was but there was enough space for a wheelchair. Staff are diligent and friendly (both day and night) and I advised on the faulty socket in my room. I've stayed here before...

”The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay.”
