”The staff is friendly . I was disappointed that the Crows Nest was closed . There are so many people in town . I had looked forward to going to The Crows Nest 😔 Why do they close during the summer and there busy season ?????????”

”Room was quite rundown. Weather was sunny and room was hot all night long, no aircon. I guess room was so clean as possible, but feeling was not comfortable. Water was a real issue, hot water from all taps, very difficult to find cool shower temperature.”

”Very clean and adequate room with refrigerator. Good location with a short walk to the Seward Harbor area and a 20 minute drive to the Kenai Fjords Exit Glacier trailhead. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful reception (Diana). It was a minimalist facility, so there is no exercise room or guest laundry, but it was not a problem. It has a quaint 24 hour coffee room adjacent to the check-in lobby. My group enjoyed our stay here. ”
