”This was our first visit to CO, so first visit to Colorado Springs, too. This property proved to be a great launchpad for exploring the local area and also driving further out, with good access to the mountains. The host was communicative and helpful, onsite (floor above) too, so very accessible. Perhaps a little unusual (but clearly stated in the listing), the hosts live in the 2nd floor and part of the VRBO is a share access corridor which is used to move between to spaces on the ground...

”My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is extremely convenient, with great access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and everything else Colorado Springs has to offer. The property was great all around. Communication with property management was top notch as they even reached out to warn us of an unexpected winter storm that was occurring on the day of our arrival. Highly recommend!”

”The house was located centrally to all activities that we had planned. The house also offered an older charm with all the modern amenities required for a delightful stay. We enjoyed the gorgeous view from the deck after each day’s activities. We hope to plan another getaway to this lovely house!”

”Have stayed here many times over the years… under new ownership now and it showed. The local / friendly feel and staff is no longer there. The maintenance man was very nice but the cabin was a mess. All kinds of issues and no person to call… just track down the maintenance guy when he is there. I’m sad to see this location going downhill… spoke to others there too who remember the good ole days… I think we will be taking our stay elsewhere next time. ”

”We arrived to find the linens still in the washer & dryer, for us to finish and put away. There are far too many rules. There are signs all over the home to remind you constantly of the many rules. I am positive that we do not need instructions over the toilets on how to use them. The pictures in the listing must have been taken several years ago but everything is worn. The patio furniture is nothing like the photos. It clearly need replacement. The area is beautiful. We will return to the area...
