”The continental breakfast was not restocked leaving very little choice for those that didn’t come early. I got there 30 minutes before the end of the service, and the coffee was gone. In my opinion the coffee and hot water for tea should be a 24 hour service.”

”The property was easy to access and clean when we got into our room. There is no elevator in this hotel but the stairs were easy enough to navigate. The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful from the moment We walked in the door until the time we walked out.
However, no ice machine was on the second floor where we stayed. So having to navigate the stairs after a long drive wasn’t rest.
Lastly, there was a sign about cleaning in the rooms and an extra cost of the room towels. There were...

”The room I got fit my needs perfectly as a solo traveler and staff were very nice at this location in Raton, New Mexico. The room was large enough to feel comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator and bathtub. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi connectivity that was about 20% reliable and I did not have cell service so it limited all of my phone and iPad usage. I stayed across the street from the office, which is probably why, and they may consider moving the router or adding one to that side...
