”Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Room needed thorough dusting, new bed linens as they are a bit long in the tooth, and provide extra pillows with cases. Beware trains can rumble nearby at various times in the night.”

”We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Maple Hill is a piece of living history and it was a privilege to stay there. The owners are excellent stewards of this absolute gem. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Every detail in the house is stunning. We took time to look at everything inside and outside so that we could absorb the beauty of the home and property. And the breakfast was BETTER than a restaurant! Getting dessert in the evening was such a lovely treat and a romantic...
