”Pros: new, clean, no carpet Cons: beds were so hard it’s like you were sleeping on the box spring, because there is no carpet there is nothing to absorb sound in the entire facility and you can hear everything.”

”We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Victorian. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is some train noise but we didn’t hear it after 11 pm so it didn’t bother us or disturb our sleep. Breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend!”

”The Horse Cave Motel was a pleasant surprise. A standard older style motel in a small town that felt alot like home. I grew up in a small town, so it was fun to revisit an older style, well maintained motel. The owners were very friendly, helpful and visibly worked very hard daily to clean and maintain the property. Very helpful and definitely a family affair! ”Our room was suppose to be non smoking and smelled like an ashtray! key card didn’t work several times! Checked in and told them we didn’t need maid service just clean towels and garbage pick up. 2 night stay and never got either . So back down elevator several times to ask repeatedly for each item.”
