”The Horse Cave Motel was a pleasant surprise. A standard older style motel in a small town that felt alot like home. I grew up in a small town, so it was fun to revisit an older style, well maintained motel. ”My family stayed for 2 nights during a long road trip. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby, pool and breakfast was clean and well maintained. The rooms on the other hand need a lot of work in the cleaning department. On arrival we were given a room, the room had a pungent odor of vomit, the carpets looked gross and the base of the bed looked dirty. The fridge was leaking into a drip pan and definitely wasn't cleaned for a while as it was full of slimy, smelly water. We had...
