”What a toasty, cozy home to land in on a cold Thanksgiving night! The fireplace was an unexpected treat. Comfy beds, plenty of blankets and easy parking. Great location, too!”

”This is my 2nd stay at this property. Everything you need is here and the location is super close to the State Park, Golf Course and Marina. All the rooms are comfortable and unit is well appointed. This is our go to place if we are fishing at the north end of Dale Hollow Lake. Dave is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. ”

”We were originally leery driving through a very remote Kentucky town, but the house was impressive. Well-kept, clean, fun board games and puzzles, clean and very comfy/cozy beds/bedding…really sad we only spent one night there. Everything was exactly as the pictures showed in the ad. Loved the decor-older, but warm and inviting. Felt like our home away from home.”

”The worst air b and b experience of my life. We travel on weekends often and have stay at air b and b’s often; we understand each property and owner is unique to their approach at hosting. This property was a nightmare. Spiders and webs lined all the ceilings, with bugs all throughout the floors of the rooms. Every crack in the kitchen counter has major crumbs and debris everywhere. Upstairs does not have AC, which was problematic for our visit when it was in the high 80’s and 90’s. The lights...

”This was such a cozy house perfect for our little family getaway! We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for checking out the caves in the area. There were also plenty of great restaurants close by. ”

”It was a cute little house. The location is near a busy road and could hear the cars driving by from the bedroom, which we did not realize from the pictures posted. It had all necessary amenities and more like the fireplace. The furniture was a little dusty though.”
