Advice was to lock all doors and windows because of petty thieves but at least 3 windows didn't close let alone lock. Very clean, comfortable beds but owners need to spend some money on basic handyman updates. Oh and fix the pool deck and add a paddle so the kayaks can be used to full advantage,”
