”Perustasoinen hyvä hotelli joka sijaitsee lähellä palveluja. Kuitenkin liian kallis yleiseen tasoonsa verrattuna. Hieman epäsiisti vaikutelma ja sisustuksen täysin persoonaton yleisilme. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Stayed in June from Tue-Fri. Beautiful location and old buildings. Very nice bar to have pre- or after-dinner (or anything) drinks. Recommended.”

”We stayed for ole night in apartment side of this hotel. The room was nicely equipped and clean, but for a northern european romantically in a very british way, a bit shabby. A++++ for the staff, they were super helpful and friendly. Situated very close to the magnificent beach, but far from supermarkets, and public transport. ”Was hesitant of booking my parents in as my dad has difficulty walking and cant do hills ect where as mum likes to shop! lol - best of both worlds the stay here ! LITERALLY a few hundred steps to the main square where dad could sit at the cafe and pass the day away whilst mum shopped . Staff AMAZING knew he had walking issues so put him right next to the lift with a free UPGRADE and every time saw him trying to carry things took it off him and helped him . wasnt expecting evening entertainment...

”You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps.”
