”Really sweet, clean and bright little apartment in a good location for shops and restaurants. Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again as for a short stay (when you’re not really needing to cook much), it’s got such a wholesome and welcoming feel! Our apartment was up a few flights of narrow stairs so just mentioning that in case anyone has mobility issues though. ”

”This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!”

”This was our first visit. We found it a brilliant place to stay with stunning views and friendly owners. Ash cottage was perfect for our needs, had everything you would need for even a longer stay, we only stayed three nights. It was great to play a small part in bringing the cows in too. Lovely local pub, The Gun, down the hill in Findon serving delicious food was a welcome first nights place for dinner. Check in was brilliant with Emma emailing over the clear directions and easy arrival...

”We stayed in the Filbert Pod in November 2025 for a nearby family event and can’t fault it at all - the pod was clean, comfortable and warm during the cold snap, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet location - and that’s before mentioning the excellent hot tub! The A27 is in easy reach if travelling by car, and there are frequent buses only 5 minutes walk away to Yapton village centre going in the directions of Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. "Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
