”Great location, less than 30 seconds to the quay. Room had everything you'd expect from a b&b. Fabulous breakfast, there was even an option of standard or large size! Would stay again if we're in the area. Friendly, welcoming host.”

”Mukava vanhan ajan majatalo, joka sopi sijainniltaan hyvin yöpymispaikaksi matkalla kanaalisaarille (n. 10 min kävelyn päässä Poolen satamasta). Huoneessa ei muuta moittimista kuin vanhanaikaiset ikkunat, joiden äänieristys oli olematon ja jo loppukesän yönä huone oli melko viileä. Korvatulpat takasivat silti rauhalliset unet. Aamupala hyvä brittiaamiainen ja henkilökunta niin respassa kuin aamupalalla oli kohteliasta.”

”No staff available and rooms not ready on arrival, very confusing check in, basement room with hardly any light, overall terrible!”

”The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The mattress was shockingly bad. You could feel and see every spring which creaked pinged and moved everytime you moved. The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess.”

”Very bad experience, we did not get a room at the hotel, they did not refund the money, it is impossible to contact the hotel. They take money from people and do not have any free rooms, the worst experience with you.”

”We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. The terrace and the view are absolutely stunning and were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, it was disappointing that guests were not allowed to have meals on the terrace, and there was no waiter service...

”It's for a basic stay, the place is dated, but beds are really comfortable and clean. Bathroom is spotless, also they provide soap and shampoo in little sachets. Staff was super responsive! Really on top of things. We needed to switch one fan and someone came to our room in 2 mins. The bonus for us was the we needed to leave early and the manager arranged for us to have packed omelettes! We are very grateful for it.”

”From peeling wallpaper to worn out fabrics and cheap pillows … the bathroom was new though … breakfast times were 9:00 to 9:30 😵‍💫 race on for that one … But staff helpful and great location…. But the whole place needs an uplift ”

”This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, free parking, lovely garden area, very clean and spacious rooms. Didn't have the breakfast because I had to be out early. This has to be one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, really calm atmosphere from staff and guests. I'm booked again for July for two nights and would highly recommend.”

”Such a lovely hotel and very helpful staff. The pool and spa was very relaxing. We had a garden room which opens out to the outdoor pool and has deck beds and a hot tub bath. Bed is super comfy too! A really enjoyable stay. Will definitely return.”

”The staff was very helpful and friendly . We had breakfast there which was very nice . Didn't like the Coffee and Tea in the Room's . Carpets was stained ,Shelf in Bathroom was very dirty . Hotel needs a mega upgrade , but for the price it was o.k. Bed's where good to sleep in ,could have done with an extra Pillow . Is a very low budget Hotel .”
