”The room was beautiful. We splurged and rented a 2 bed/2 bath ocean view suite. It was perfect for our family. We loved the view of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises. You could hear the ocean from the balcony and it was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We enjoyed cooking meals and enjoying them in the dining area. ”The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again.”
