The beds are hard!! I also found it interesting that it was ALL male staff. I think I saw one female cleaning- the rest were males. I didn’t get creeped out or anything- just odd. Female-traveled alone, felt safe going out in the evening as well.”

”The iron broke in half when I opened it. Additionally, staff were not available 24 hours a day as advertised, and the bathtub would not drain properly. Despite contacting maintenance multiple times during my stay, the issue was never resolved.
Overall, these issues negatively impacted my experience and were not addressed promptly.”

”The location can't be beat. Walkable to several restaurants and to the boardwalk. Loved sitting out on the private balcony. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could definitely use more shelf/ counter space, but that was a minor annoyance. We've stayed at this hotel the last three years and already booked again for next year!”
