”Small but clean. Pool water was cold but thats ok. There were only 4 lounge chairs at pool. Parking was good. 2 block walk to boardwalk which was cool. Coffee maker would have been nice. Quiet for sleeping a plus. Liked that housekeeping didn't come in and touch anything while I was there. Would stay there again because of cleanliness!”

”Wonderful stay at this property in Cape May, NJ. We booked the premium king and had a great view of the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor. Rooms are tight but manageable and the bed is so comfortable. Lovely bathroom. We used the shuttle into town which was nice as parking is at a premium and we did not want to move our SUV and lose our spot. We had our own beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas) but ICONA provided this service free to the guests as well as the shuttle into town. Please tip. My...

”The check-in went fine until we tried to unlock our door. Our key did not work. I went to the front desk and after several attempts, new keys were cut to fit the lock. The staff is very nice and the poolside is comfortable with poolside food service. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar drinks were not the best at the hotel. There are several restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area. ”

”The location is beautiful and the staff are amazing. I would agree with some of the other reviews...while the bedding and bathroom was very clean, there were some other areas that could use a good cleaning...baseboards, etc.”

”Not clean at all when we checked in. Hair on the shower walls. The floors and the daybed had sand on them. We had to pay a pretty hefty $20 a day to get the cleaners to come back in and clean the floors and replace towels. Pool had cement pieces missing. Property could use a full coat of paint in each room. Air conditioning was only in bedroom so could never close the door or the whole place would be hot.”

”Everything was as expected/shown. Our house and all of the grounds were kept in impeccable shape. It really felt like being in a resort instead of the beach. Highly recommend. My friend who joined me already booked a house for next year. The bikes were a great extra. The pool was lovely although I feel it would be way too small if all houses were full and guest all wanted to swim. Luckily for us, most people wanted to sit by the pool but not actually swim. The barn doors as the bathroom...
