”The room was very clean and comfortable; however, the telephone was not working - which we didn't realize until the last night of our stay. There was a loud quarrel - altercation and banging on the door - in the adjacent room at 2 am. The dead telephone turned out to be a problem as we couldn't call the front desk. Also, no one responded when we tried an external call from our mobile phones. A working condition of everything in the room should be part of the room preparation for check-in. ...

”The Inn at Cape May was a good place to stay for a wedding event in Cape May. The room itself was underwhelming, old and somewhat dilapidated. MUCH smaller and run-down than depicted on their website. Actually, I was shocked by the difference in the advertising versus the reality. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Price was well above anything I would have paid knowing the conditions of the property. There were many other options and I should have done a better job researching.”

”This is a very nice hotel experience at WW Crest. Rooms have been renovated and are adequate for a quick beach trip. Affordable and quiet. Only complaint is there is one elevator that was slower than mollases. This is something out of their control so when booking, book a lower floor.”
