”This is our first time staying at the Queen Victoria and we loved it .it was very clean and the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Monica . There was a big selection for breakfast .and afternoon tea We enjoyed sitting in the little garden when we ate breakfast and the afternoon tea .
It is ao close to the beach and Washington Street . Parking is a bit of a challenge but we managed to find a good parking spot . We walked all over .
We will definitely be going back . ”
”We had an issue in our room. Tub water was brown and there was a dog poop left next to the bed. We reported both things but nothing was done. I felt something could have been adjusted. I cleaned up the poo but we could not use the bath.”
”Absolutely loved this property! Went this past April with my husband and two kids and had a blast! Plenty of dining places to walk to, including their on-site restaurant, which was delicious. 10 out of 10 recommend!”
”The grounds were very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room was spotless, housekeeping was wonderful, polite and very accommodating.
We only had a couple issues to mention. The mattress on the pullout couch was as thin as a cracker and extremely uncomfortable. The shower curtain rod was about 6" to far into the shower so the curtain stuck to you while you tried to shower.
And a side note, the elevators were extremely small and slow. Being that there were only 2,...
”Checked in very quickly. Room was clean and bathroom was spacious and much bigger than expected. The pool area was clean and had little cut out cabana areas which was nice and outlets. There’s a washer and dryer on site and also to outdoor showers. Pool area has a nice renovated one person bathroom. You can stay parked on the lot after checkout too. Great coffee in the morning with flavored creamers. ”

Two small things i would have liked - an extra door lock to lock door from the inside would be great. I like the key pad. A nice tall mirror would be nice for the ladies, especially. ”
