âHotel property is in impeccable condition, rooms are maintained squeaky clean, staff is very polite and friendly, and you are a few steps from your room to the beach no matter which room you are. The pool area is very nice and the pool bar staff is phenomenal: Jessa, Edward and Jude are rockstars!
Will definitely come back to this little slice of heaven in Kauai.â

âPart of the hotel is under construction affecting standard rooms. The standard rooms are really old and do not meet the quality that you would expect when staying at Sheraton. If we had known this we hadnât stayed at Sheraton, especially when paying 400$ per night.â

âWe can't understand how this hotel has a 5 star rating. We travel several weeks a year around the world and I've relied on reviews until now, but...
The main pool is full of screaming children, so if you're an adult without children, it's not for you. The adult pool was small and secluded with no amenities. The only restaurant in the hotel is a bar by the main pool, which honestly can't be called a restaurant. The "Deluxe studios" are in separate 3-story buildings with dingy and untidy hallways....
