”Clean room and great location, right next to groceries store and restaurants and adventure activities shops. They also have a big common kitchen where you can store and cook your own food. We booked a family private room but basically it's a hostel”

”Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, and great amenities. Room surfaces were quite dusty/dirty and there were spider webs found periodically but nothing too majorly bad. Heater in the room was great and the bed was very comfortable!”

”We are used to hotels and motels, but decided to try out a private room in a backpackers hostel too. The hostel was clean and quiet and our room was cute, but i would not stay there another night just because the toilets and showers were on the hallway. But a really nice place for backpackers. The decor was cool and lots of room for everyone where to spend time reading books or prepairing meals. ”

”We stayed at double-room, which was very clean and spacious. Everything worked out perfectly, staff was helpful and location was perfect! Amazing views from the room balcony! Some negative things, though: Wifi costs $4 per night and can only be used with one device at a time - think it was a bit much as we had paid already $200/night for the room... Luckily it was fast :) We stayed 3 nights and room wasn't cleaned (linen/towel change) during that time. We didn't use the kitchen, so no comment...

”The Black sheep backpackers was incredible. The staff are friendly and professional. The facilities were excellent. The dorm rooms are clean with ample storage and a privacy curtain. The beds were comfortable and warm during the winter season. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare your meals. There is good storage for food in the fridge and a place for dry goods. The hot tub and sauna are real assets. Great after a day skiing biking or hiking or just to relax. Above all,...
