”The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning.
Good points: Location is ok-ish, central but on a square where people hang about where you could feel intimidated with kids/older family members. Check in process worked but was very...

”Everything was really nice and smooth. The staff was really helpfull and the location was really good bunch of restaurants and bars as well as close to the central Station. The only thing to mention negatively was the flooring was made of wood so the noise’s from the upper floor come through, so depending the neighbor it could be noisy. ”
