”Invercreran Lodge was a perfect overnight experience in the countryside of the highlands! Rural setting away from the crowds and busy roads. Easy drive to Glencoe or Oban. Staff is amazing and facilities are top rate. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, five star getaway with stunning views and superb hosts! ”

”Fantastic Georgian Inn on Main Street in Inverary. Big comfortable beds with nice clean rooms/bathrooms. Lovely assortment of hot and cold breakfasts and a good range of dinner menu. Really friendly and helpful staff. Our room overlooked Main Street and we were warned that a quiet room couldn’t be guaranteed as there was a wedding when we stayed. It was a little noisy late into the night, so take some ear plugs just in case!!”

”Rooms are a bit aged. Dining in the hotel was superior but very expensive. Breakfast is also recommendable. You absolutely need a car to go anywhere, the close by Tarbert is a nice fishing village.”

The room was large with comfy seating, as well as table and chairs for eating, plus a wonderful view of the harbour. Very comfy bed. Thoughtful touches in the room including chilled water, wine, cheese and oatcakes. Being opposite Co-op was very handy for food, though there were several options in the town too. Breakfast options were good, and delivered...

”This is a nice old hotel. They even upgraded our room for no reason. It is an old building, that’s part of the charm, but very well maintained and up to date furnishings. There’s a cozy restaurant down stairs and the grilled fish was very tasty.”

”We stayed in the sauna room which was recently refurbished, staff were incredibly rude and inattentive, food was microwaved ready meal at best. The room itself was fine, shower was broken. The sauna was nice although it smelled incredibly unclean. I definitely would not recommend staying here. 0 atmosphere either. Also the hot tub was broken which was not communicated to us until we arrived honestly AVOID.”

”The hotel is in beautiful surroundings, wery easy make some hiking around the near mountains or take a bus to Glencoe/Ben Nevis area. The rooms were a little out of date, some renovation neede there. But downstairs is in better condition, the restauranta and bar area. The breakfast is really good, a lot of options and well cooked.
