”The hotel is in beautiful surroundings, wery easy make some hiking around the near mountains or take a bus to Glencoe/Ben Nevis area. The rooms were a little out of date, some renovation neede there. But downstairs is in better condition, the restauranta and bar area. The breakfast is really good, a lot of options and well cooked. ”My Glencoe trip was a bucket-list item and it proved to be wonderful. Kentra cottage is lovely - spotless, all mod cons, comfortable, spacious, very well equipped. Many thanks to Kirsty the owner. Glencoe village is quaint and of course perfectly placed for the spectacular surroundings. There are easy walks in woods and by the loch side to very difficult ones like Buachaille Etive Mor (for an older person like me!) which I did (just) - worth the effort though. All in all, a superb trip.”
