”Spent one night at the hotel. It is located by a lake and had a nice view. The room was OK size, with a nice and clean bathroom. Spent the evening at the hotel bar, where they have an amazing collection of whisky. The bar area is cozy with a fireplace, books and boardgames. The breakfast buffet was tasty and staff friendly and helpful :) ”

”Phenomenal place, everyone's Scottish dream, cozy, elegant, with spectacular views and such a memorable sunset. The room was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed and the breakfast was scrumptious. I can't wait to come back!”

”Nice pass-thru accommodation for one night with amazing views. The room was very small for 2 adults 2 small kids but we managed to fit - also the road was surprisingly close and created some noise & shaking during the night. ”

”Checked in ok, but found room had no hot water or heating, which staff knew there had been an issue but had not informed us. Other rooms were not available. Staff offered to find alternative, but did not. Can’t comment on the comfort of the bed or the power of the shower as we left. WiFi signal was poor in the room and at the front desk, On a plus they left caramel wafers with the tea and coffee but we didn’t get to have tea either.”

”We enjoyed use of kitchen /dining space, which included tea, coffee, and proper dishes and utensils. We could store extra food in the refrigerator. The warming closet to hang up wet clothes was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. View of lake was lovely. Host was attentive. Great stepping off point for hiking.”
