Tämä upea kiinteistö sijaitsee muutaman minuutin päässä parhaista lomatoiminnoista, joita Luoteis-Arkansas tarjoaa. Ainutlaatuisen ulkoasunsa takia kiinteistö voidaan vuokrata yhtenä huoneena tai lisätä yksi tai kaksi huonetta suurelle lomalle päästäväksi.
Alemmalla tasolla on minikeittiö (jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, pesuallas, kahvinkeitin ja leivänpaahdin). Huomaa: tämä ei ole täydellinen keittiö, jossa on liesi).
On makuuhuone, jossa 2 erillistä vuodetta, olo / ruokailutila ja täysi kylpyamme. Alemmalla tasolla on myös patio, jossa on kaasugrilli sivupolttimella, 6-paikkainen ruokapöytä ja jotkut lepotuoleja. Patio on seesteinen ... koristeltu roikkuvilla koreilla ja vain askeleen päässä kauniista lehtipuumetsästä. . .Oikein paikka tehdä yhteistyö iltapäivällä tai illalla. Kaasugrillissä on poltin keittoastian tai pannun keittoa varten.
Yläkerrassa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa queen-vuoteet, joissa kaikissa on kylpyamme. Näiden makuuhuoneiden liukulasiovi aukeaa ylemmän tason kannelle, jossa on katettu huvimaja, jossa ruokapöytä ja lepotuoleja, erinomainen paikka rentoutua nauttien aamukahvista tai iltapäivän virvokkeista. Panoraamanäkymät laaksoon, Beaver-järvelle ja kauniille Ozark-vuorille ympäröivät sinua.

We came down to get Scuba Certified and we’re looking for a place close by everything. 2 min from dive shop, 7 min from the dive location and about 20 min from Eureka Springs. So easy to work with the owner and so much room for two couples with a whole downstairs area. Large deck with a view of the lake. Full kitchen and plenty of seating for a whole family. Would recommend this place to anyone especially those coming down to Scuba!!

Great spot for a family vacation

This location was perfect for a family vacation. Evelyn’s directions were great and having a big sign on the road that says “Sunrise Sunset” was very helpful for navigating. The house was stocked with everything we could need from plenty of towels to all kinds of kitchen implements. Everything was incredibly clean. A bathroom in each room was super nice and the deck out back was a beautiful place to sit and relax at the end of the day. We were close to Eureka Springs and other attractions like Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge and Onyx Cave. We visited a few day use areas at Beaver Lake so we could swim. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice stay

Very cute property with spacious rooms. We very much enjoyed the decorations in the house and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The back deck was inviting and we spent a lot of time outside due to having sun and shade options. Just a couple housekeeping items to list: The toaster only toasted 1 side of the bread at a time, one of the sliding doors needs a lock on it, and one of the bathroom doors was a little hard to open and was loud when opened. All in all it was relaxing getaway.

Peaceful and serene!

We so enjoyed the house and all that went with it. It was so well stocked and a beautiful place to stay. We were disappointed that we came at a time when we could not enjoy the wonderful decks, but hopefully we will be back and we can enjoy those in better weather! We loved the beautiful kitchen and wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed it more! Our host was so friendly and helpful!

Girls weekend!

Very nice place!

Very clean, easy check in. Lovely kitchen helped us save on meals. Very nice to have a private bathroom. Downstairs set up is a little quirky but still very nice. Perfect for our birthday celebration.

Family Retreat

Beautiful, well laid out home with plenty of living/dinning space for gatherings. The rooms each had access to patio/deck space. Three bathrooms a definite plus when traveling with 5 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Super cute place overlooking lots of trees and the lake

Easy check-in and communication. We did find a used kleenex and a dog treat in one of the beds, but not a big deal. Everything was very clean. The icemaker didnt make regular ice, only crushed ice. Again, not a huge deal. The air conditioner didn't flow into one of the bedrooms real well, but we used a fan to make it blow that way. Overall, a gorgeous property and would stay again if we ever come back.

Beaver Lake getaway

Nice cozy house with great views of Beaver Lake and the surrounding hills. We spent a lot of time out on the deck. Everything was very neat and clean. It was close to the lake and Eureka Springs. We will definitely be back with the family.

Great location close to the dive shop

We rented this house because it is within 1 mine of the Beaver Dam Dive Shop and it did not disappoint. It has a queen bed, a daybed with trundle and 2 full baths on the main floor with a lovely walk out back deck with a slight lake view. The stairs take you down to another queen bed, a kitchenette and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom. It is a little awkward to walk thru one bedroom to get to the other bedroom but it was manageable as we were all ladies. The kitchen amenities were awesome and the privacy fence around the property made us feel safe. There is a side yard that is fenced for a pet and plenty of parking. It is definitely everything you need!

Good location $ great host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was good for us. It was out of the Eureka Springs congestion, but only a few minutes away and close to Beaver Lake. Communication with the host was great. She answered all of our questions quickly and completely. We had an issue with the old grill. We let her know and she showed up with a new grill the next day. House was on the highway, but the road noise was not bad. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. The back deck was terrific with a great view.

When we arrived, the property was located in the Arkansas hills with great views of the lake and surrounding area. It’s a great place if you are looking to go downtown or just hang out and enjoy the views from the deck.

Beaver Lake Getaway

This was the perfect getaway location for us. It is close to everything and a lovely home. Evelyn was the perfect host and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely return!
